Graduate in Commerce/B.Com from recognised University/Institute with an aggregate of 60% marks with inter-CA or CMA.. Proficiency in the use of personal computers and applications.. 6 years' experience in Level 7 and / or Level 8 or with equivalent TME (total monthly emoluments) OR 5 years' experience in Level 6 and / or Level 7 and / or Level 8 or with equivalent TME (total monthly emoluments) with Diploma in Finance and Accounts.. Candidates need a Post Graduate degree in Commerce with 55% marks or a Graduate degree in Commerce with 60% marks and inter-CA or CMA.
