9.1 Online Application

9.2 Documents to have ready

i. Valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number. ii. Scanned passport size colored photo (3.5x4.5 cm, ≤100 kb, .jpg/.jpeg). iii. Scanned signature on white paper (≤100 kb, .jpg/.jpeg).

9.3 Documents to Upload (Self-Attested)

i. 10th Certificate / Birth Certificate. ii. Diploma/Degree Certificate highlighting stream/specialization. iii. Appointment letter, Joining Order, latest salary slip. iv. APARs (Last Three Years). v. Office Orders indicating promotions. vi. Experience/Service Certificate/Relieving order. vii. Last 3 months’ salary slips.

9.4 Application Routing

• Must be routed through Administrative Officer (HQ/Board) with No Objection and Vigilance/DAR clearance (per Annexure-I).

9.5 Rejection Clause

• Applications without supporting documents will be summarily rejected.

9.6 Hard Copy Submission

• After online submission, download application form with registration number.
• Print and attach documents.
• Send to NCRTC address by hand/post within 5 days (by 28/02/2026).

9.7 Envelope Superscription
