Salary Details

Particulars	Terms & Conditions
Nature Of Appointment	Contractual, in the cadre of Deputy General Manager (DGM)
Remuneration	Rs. 35 Lakhs per annum (all inclusive). Remuneration will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and shall be negotiable with the selected candidate.
Leave	12 days of Casual Leave (CL) per calendar year. Proportionate CL if the contract starts mid-year. Un-availed leave will not be carried forward.
Other Facilities	TA/DA, mobile, and laptop facility as per entitlement for a DGM Scale officer. Rail/Air travel entitlement as applicable for DGM Scale officer.
Termination Of Contract	The contract may be terminated by either party by giving the other three months' notice.
Superannuation Benefits	No superannuation benefit shall be applicable.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure	The appointee must furnish a confidentiality and non-disclosure undertaking in the prescribed format on stamp paper of requisite value at the time of joining.
