OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology with at least CGPA of 7.5/10 or 70% marks (7.0/10 or 65% for SC/ST/PwD) and M.Tech/M.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent with research areas in Communication/ VLSI/ Instrumentation.. Candidates with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA at both UG and PG for GEN/GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL category and minimum 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA at both UG and PG for SC/ST/PwD category..
