Branch Managers:Graduate in any discipline, CAIIB/JAIIB preferred. Minimum 5 years to 7 years of branch banking experience in officer of Assistant Manager cadre, with branch leadership exposure.
Head IBD:Graduate in any discipline + Degree/Diploma in Trade Finance; CAIIB preferred. 15 years of banking experience in Executive cadre.
Asst. General Manager / Dy. General Manager - Operations:Graduate with relevant specialised banking experience. An experienced professional, to manage customer grievances, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as the primary liaison between the organization, the regulator (RBI), and the customer and responsible for resolving customer complaints. Will have Operations Dept., Clearing Dept., RTGS/Demat, Grievance Redressal Unit, Call Centre and CPC department responsibilities.
Asst. General Manager - Recovery:CAIIB & LLB graduate with relevant specialised banking experience. Senior professionals with proven track record in Recovery, NPA management and legal follow-up. Responsible for performing loss mitigation and recovery activities regarding delinquent or charged-off accounts in accordance with Bank and legal guidelines.
