Master's Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture with First Division or a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent Grade Point Average), Minimum 5 years of experience in policy formulation; preparation of SFC/ EFC notes and Cabinet notes; project formulation, execution and implementation; extension/ management of Government schemes, programmes or missions; DPR preparation and consultancy in the horticulture sector/ Agriculture sector; Master's Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture with First Division or a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent Grade Point Average)..
