The Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) has officially announced the Common Educational Services Examinations (CESE) Recruitment 2026 with 178 openings. The detailed notification was published in April 2026 at npsc.nagaland.gov.in. Candidates who meet the age criteria of 21 to 32 years and hold qualifications such as Master’s Degree, B.Ed., or other relevant educational qualifications (as per post) can now submit their online applications from 12 May 2026 to 02 June 2026. . For most Assistant Professor posts, candidates must have a Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST and some categories) from a recognized university; In addition, candidates should have cleared NET/SLET/SET or hold a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC Regulations, in which case NET/SLET/SET may be exempted as per rules; for disciplines where NET is not conducted, NET is not mandatory.
