NTA is conducting Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2024 to determine eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship, Assistant Professor appointment, and Ph.D. admission in Indian universities. The exam will be conducted in CBT mode with objective MCQ questions across 5 science disciplines.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Science (or equivalent) from a recognized university with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) to be eligible. Age limit is 28 years with relaxations as per government rules. The exam tests research aptitude and subject knowledge.

Nta Csir Ugc Net Dec 2025 Corrigendum
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a corrigendum for the Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2025, allowing registered candidates to correct their application form particulars from 30 October to 01 November 2025. Candidates can update fields like name, date of birth, category, and exam city preferences, subject to an additional fee if the changes affect the application fee. No further corrections will be allowed after the deadline.
Nta Csir Ugc Net June 2025 Corrigendum
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadlines for the Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2025 application process. In response to candidate requests, the last date for online application submission has been extended from 23.06.2025 to 26.06.2025, the last date for fee payment is now 27.06.2025, and the window for correcting application particulars is extended to 29.06.2025. All registered candidates are advised to verify their application details on the official website and make any necessary corrections as per Annexure-I.
