Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), a Maharatna Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, has released the POWERGRID Apprentice Recruitment 2026 notification for engagement of apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Separate detailed advertisements have been issued for 10 regional establishments - Northern Region I, II & III, Eastern Region I & II, North Eastern Region, Western Region I & II, and Southern Region I & II - together offering 270 apprenticeship training slots (computed by adding the region-wise totals) for a one-year duration. Candidates can apply online from 25.08.2026 to 10.09.2026. There is no application fee and no written exam or interview.
