| Typist | Pass in 2nd PUC or equivalent, along with a pass in Kannada and English typewriting (lower/senior grade) conducted by the Karnataka Department of Public Instruction or Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board. Computer knowledge is not mandatory. Alternatively, a Certificate/Diploma in Secretarial Practice from the Karnataka Technical Examination Board with Kannada and English typewriting as optional subjects at senior grade level is also accepted. |
| Typist-Copyist | Pass in 2nd PUC or equivalent, along with a pass in Kannada and English typewriting (junior grade) conducted by the same boards, or a Secretarial Practice Diploma at junior grade level. |
| Process Server (Order Executor) | Pass in SSLC conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Board. Candidates should be able to read and write Kannada. Preference is given to candidates holding a valid driving licence. |
| Peon/Servant | Pass in SSLC. Candidates should be able to read and write Kannada. |
