Associate Advisor/Senior Consultant for Coke Oven (Battery Operations and H&R):B.E / B.Sc / B.Tech in Metallurgy / Chemical engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 10 years of experience in operation of coke oven batteries with thorough knowledge in Heating & Regulation operation. Involved in end vertical and full wall repairs. Preference will be given to candidates with operation experience in coke oven by-products plant.
Associate Advisor/Senior Consultant for Coke Oven (Battery Mechanical Maintenance):B.E/B.Sc/B.Tech in Mechanical engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance of coke oven batteries, including pusher cars/charging cars and DE Cars, repair and alignment of buckstays, Gas collecting main brackets and structural support system in Battery, Conveyor maintenance and associated Coke over battery equipment.
Associate Advisor/Senior Consultant for Sinter Plant Maintenance:B.E/B.Sc/B.Tech in Mechanical engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 10 years in operation/maintenance of Sinter Plant, including maintenance of Sinter Machines, under grate suction improvement, Sinter cooler, crushers and screens, conveyors systems and Yard equipment.
Associate Advisor/Senior Consultant for Steel Melt Shop - Convertor Operations:B.E/B.Sc/B.Tech in Metallurgical engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 10 years of experience in Convertors, thorough knowledge in metallurgical process of Steel making including blowing, tapping, and secondary metallurgy, slag yard management, exposure in Refractory management.
Associate Advisor/Senior Consultant for Steel Melt Shop - Caster Operations:B.E/B.Sc/B.Tech in Metallurgical engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 10 years of experience in continuous casters with knowledge in bloom and billet caster operation and Tundish Management.
Associate Advisor/Senior Consultant for Refractory Management:B.E/B.Sc/B.Tech in Ceramic/Metallurgical engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 10 years in refractory management for Convertors, Ladles, Tundish, Blast Furnaces, BF Stoves, Sinter M/c Furnace and Reheating Furnace of Rolling Mills. Through knowledge in total Refractory management involving comprehensive data-driven approach to installing, maintain and monitoring refractory linings to maximize service life, reduce cost-per-tonne, and ensure safety. Hands on experience in advanced wear measurement (laser mapping), automated gunning and relining.
Associate Advisor/Senior Consultant for Centralized Maintenance Function:B.E/B.Sc/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 10 years of experience in overall maintenance of machines and equipment in an integrated steel plant.
Associate Advisor/Senior Consultant for Distribution Network:B.E/B.Sc/B.Tech in Electrical engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 10 years in maintenance of 220 KV power systems, 11 KV switch yard equipment, substations, transformers. Thorough operational/maintenance knowledge high degree automated substations, Open Electrical Yard equipment, Transmission towers and insulators. Experience in Supervision of maintenance of Power system network/network components.
Associate Advisor/Senior Consultant for Safety:B.E/B.Sc/B.Tech in any engineering discipline from recognized University / Institution; preference will be given for Degree/Diploma in Industrial safety. Minimum 10 years in integrated steel plant with strong understanding of steel manufacturing processes (Coke Over, Blast Furnace and Steel Melting Shop), Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), and Process Safety Management (PSM) along with expertise in hazardous process safety, fire safety, conducting Toolbox Talks (TBT), incident investigation and regulatory compliance.
