All eligible regular and serving railway employees of NCR can fill the online application form; No minimum service condition is prescribed, as per RBE 72/2024 dated 02.08.2024.. Regular and eligible NCR employees who have the prescribed educational qualification for Direct Recruitment and work in grades lower than the grade/pay scale for which GDCE is being conducted can appear for all categories.. Regular and eligible employees with the prescribed educational qualification for Direct Recruitment who work in the same grade/pay scale for which GDCE is being conducted can appear for selection from Non-Safety to Safety category posts as well as Safety to Safety category posts.. Candidates must fulfil all notified eligibility criteria on or before the closing date for submission of the application.. Date of Birth and educational qualifications must be updated in the Service Records and in HRMS; otherwise the application is liable to be cancelled.
