Mandatory Steps:

1. Fill and sign proforma.
2. Submit scanned signed PDF copy via email to: rvnl.deputation@rvnl.org as an advance copy.
3. Controlling Officer / Zonal Railways must forward eligible applications (along with:
   • Vigilance / DAR Clearance
   • Last 5 years APAR grading ) to same email within 15 days of closing date (2025-10-21) → by 2025-11-05.

Proforma Sections Required (Key Fields):

• Vacancy Notice No. (2025/RVNL/35-CIVIL)
• Candidate’s Personal Data (Name, Gender, Service, DOB, Age on closing date, DITS, Present Grade & Post)
• Educational Qualifications Table (S.No., Degree, Year, Institution)
• Experience Details (Designation, Organization, Grade/Level, Period, Job Profile)
• Previous Deputation/Foreign Assignments Table
• APAR Ratings for Last 5 Years
• Awards, Punishments, Cooling-off Period Details, Debarment Status

Certification Clause: Applicant must declare eligibility and truthfulness of all details.
