The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) invites applications on deputation basis for the post of Section Officer at its State Office, Ahmedabad. Application Procedure

6.1 Application Submission

Eligible and interested individuals may apply through proper channel in the form set out in Annex I.

6.2 Forwarding by Addressee Orgs

Addressee organisations must forward applications of eligible individuals whose services may be spared by cadre controlling authority. Applications of ineligible individuals may not be forwarded.

6.2.1 Clarifications on Cadre Controlling Authority

(a) For IAS, IPS, IFS: Department of Personnel and Training (IAS), Ministry of Home Affairs (IPS), Ministry of Environment and Forests (IFS).

(b) If no authority specified, the authority competent to approve relieving on deputation shall be construed as cadre controlling authority.

6.3 Required Documents

Only applications received through proper channel with the following documents may be considered:

(a) Application in Annex I
(b) Certificate from forwarding officer in Annex II, along with:
- (i) Cadre clearance from cadre controlling authority
- (ii) Copies of ACRs/APARs for last 5 years, duly attested on each page by an officer not below rank of Under Secretary to GoI or equivalent rank in parent org.

6.4 Submission Deadline and Address

Applications complete in all respects must be forwarded to:
