A relaxation of 5% is allowed at Bachelor's and Master's level for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy Layer)/PwBD candidates; A relaxation of 5% (from 55% to 50%) is also available to PhD holders who obtained their Master's Degree prior to 19 September 1991. Only Matriculation/SSC certificate or equivalent issued by the concerned educational board will be accepted as proof of date of birth.
