Qualification: ESM (JCO) with minimum 20 years of service for Estate Supervisor, ESM (Hav/Nb Sub) with minimum 15 years of service for Care Taker, Medically fit, No disciplinary history, Estate Supervisor:The applicant should be ESM (JCO) with a minimum of 20 years of service, Preference will be given to Corps of Engineer ESM with tenure in MES when served in the Army, The applicant should be medically fit for the job description, Should not have any disciplinary history while in service or otherwise.. Care Taker:The applicant should be ESM (Hav/Nb Sub) with a minimum of 15 years of service rendered in the Army, Should not have any disciplinary history while in service or otherwise.. For the Estate Supervisor post, applicants must be Ex-Servicemen (JCO) with a minimum of 20 years of service, medically fit, and have no disciplinary history, Preference is given to Corps of Engineer ESM with MES tenure..
