Dfccil Eoi 2023 Corrigendum

DFCCIL has issued Addendum No. 1 dated 25-05-2023 to correct the eligibility criteria for consultancy empanelment under EOI-1 and EOI-2 for Indian Railway projects. The amendment clarifies that experience from parent, subsidiary, or sister companies registered in India can be aggregated if they participate as JV partners with the applying consultant, expanding eligibility beyond the original restrictive clause.
