Kerala PSC has released the detailed syllabus for the Secretary, Local Self Government Institutions (Cat. No. 571/2023) main examination. The two-paper exam covers General Studies (Paper I) and Fundamentals of Local Governance & Development (Paper II), totaling 200 marks.
