Patna High Court Bench Constitution Exam Notice

The Patna High Court has updated its bench constitution effective March 11, 2024, in accordance with Rule 1 & 2 of Chapter II of its Rules. The constitution assigns specific case groups and categories to various Division and Single Benches, including provisions for Trade & Commerce matters to be heard by two-judge benches per Supreme Court directive.
