Application Process and Important Dates

Mode of Application:

• Application must be submitted through proper channel in prescribed proforma available at www.nhsrcl.in and with this notification.
• As per Railway Board’s letter dated 08.02.2023, Zonal Railways/PUs must forward applications along with Vigilance/DAR clearance and APARS of five years of officers to the Ministry at least 7 days prior to the last date.
• Applicant is advised to send an advance copy of the application (duly filled and signed) via email in PDF format to deputation@nhsrcl.in.

Note:

1. Cut-off date for eligibility will be reckoned as on closing date of vacancy notice.
2. Applicant must submit a declaration of not seeking return from NHSRCL for minimum five years.

Important: Candidates who had already applied against Vacancy Notice No. NHSRCUDEPU/GM/AGM/JGM (SAFETY)/21/2025 (17.09.2025) and NHSRCUDEPU/GM/AGM/JGM (SAFETY)/22/2025 (31.10.2025) are not required to submit fresh applications.
