Qualification: Bachelor's in Technology/Engineering or MBA for COO; Graduate for IM; Graduate for AIM; MBA (Finance) or Graduate in Science/Commerce for Executive.. Chief Operating Officer (COO):Bachelor's in Technology/Engineering (or equivalent degree) or Master in Technology/ Engineering/ Science or MBA from a recognized, accredited and reputed institute/university, Minimum 8 years of overall experience in the IT industry / start-up ecosystem as co-founder/founder/CxO and/or as an enabler of Start-up, Innovation & entrepreneurship ecosystem.. Incubation Manager (IM):Graduate from a recognized university, Minimum 3 years of experience in incubation management & the startup/incubation ecosystem or the Information Technology (IT) sector.. Assistant Incubation Manager (AIM):Graduate from a recognized university, Minimum 4 years of work experience including minimum 2 years of experience in incubation management & Incubation Ecosystem.. Executive (Finance & Admin):MBA (Finance) and/or Graduate in Science/Commerce from a recognized university, Minimum 2 years of work experience for MBA / Minimum 4 years of work experience for Graduate of overall experience in Accounting & Administration.. For the Chief Operating Officer (COO) position, candidates need a Bachelor's in Technology/Engineering or an MBA from a recognized institution, A Master's degree in Technology/Engineering/Science is also acceptable..
