Candidates must have an M.Sc. in Physics with at least 55% marks, or an Integrated M.Sc./B.S.-M.S. degree in Physics with the same minimum percentage, Candidates with a 4-year B.S. degree in Physics and at least 75% aggregate marks are also eligible, Students awaiting final results can apply if they meet the required academic percentage till their latest semester.. Criteria: Details, National Level Exam: Candidates must have a valid score/certificate (issued on or before 31-05-2026) in any one of the following:, UGC-CSIR-NET Fellowship (Lectureship not eligible), JEST Score, GATE Score in Physics, Educational Qualification: Option 1:M.Sc. (Physics) with minimum 55% aggregate marks, Option 2:5-Year Integrated M.Sc. / B.S.-M.S. (Physics) with minimum 55% aggregate, Option 3:4-Year / 8-Semester B.S.
