Qualification: MBBS with 03 years experience after internship, B Pharmacy or 10+2 with Science + Diploma in Pharmacy with 03 years experience, B Sc Medical Lab Technology or Matric/10+2 with Science + Diploma in MLT with 05 years experience, Diploma in Dental Hygienist/Class-1 DH/DORA with 05 years experience, 8th class or GD trade, Literate with 05 years experience in Civil/Army health institution, Literate with 05 years experience, Medical Officer:MBBS with a minimum of 03 years of work experience after internship.. Pharmacist:B Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR 10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized board, along with an approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as a Pharmacist, Minimum 03 years' experience in pharmacy is required..
