Minimum 15 years' experience in administrative or financial management in the Government / Autonomous bodies of the Govt./ Reputed educational institutions or research establishments /Public sector organizations.
At least 5 years' regular service in a position carrying Pay Level 12 or 8 years' service in a position carrying Pay Level 11.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of modern management practices and use of computers.
