Qualification: Graduate / Post graduate degree from UGC recognized University, Proficiency in local language (reading, writing, speaking and understanding), Retired Bank Officer in Scale I and above preferred, Background of rural credit and branch exposure preferred, Integrity not doubtful during service, Graduate / Post graduate degree from UGC recognized University.. Proficiency in local language (reading, writing, speaking).. Preferably Retired Bank Officers Scale I and above with rural credit and branch experience.. Ex-Serviceman if no retired bank officer..
