Qualification: Graduate degree from a recognized university.. Graduate degree from a recognized university.. Preference to candidates with Master's degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work.. Proficiency in local language.. Interest in teaching and knowledge of computer operations.. Good knowledge of banking, insurance, investment, pension, law and finance.. Excellent communication, team building and problem-solving skills.. Minimum 5 years of experience in any of the following:Former banker with at least 5 years of work experience in a nationalized bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB).Person with at least 5 years of experience in Banking/related fields, NBFCs, or financial institutions, Person with at least 5 years of experience as a Business Correspondent (BC) or BC Coordinator, Minimum 3 years of experience as Director in RSETI, or minimum 5 years of experience as Faculty member..
