Manager (Administration), Mumbai:Graduation in any stream. Desired: Ph.D. OR 2-year PG Degree/Diploma in HR/Social & Development Studies + Diploma in HR/social work/learning & development/labour laws. Experience: 8 years total + 6 years in Administration/Personnel Management.
Assistant Manager (HR), Mumbai:Graduation in any stream. Desired: Ph.D. OR 2-year PG in HR/Social & Development Studies + Diploma in HR/social work/learning & development/labour laws. Experience: 5 years total + 3 years in Personnel Management (recruitment/selection/induction).
