Qualification: B.E / B-Tech/MCA or equivalent, Science Graduate/BCA or equivalent, L-2 Network & Monitoring:B.E / B-Tech/MCA or equivalent, Minimum 5 years of experience out of which, a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in management and monitoring of Enterprise network operation, Should have the experience of large IT – Network/ Infrastructure projects like SWAN/SecLAN/CCTNS/Bharat Net/Smart City etc, Having knowledge of Routing, Switching, Wired and Wireless Network, SDWAN technology and troubleshooting skills on LAN and Wireless Access Points, Flexible to work in 24x7 Roster, Valid Certification in CCNA/JNCA or equivalent.. Helpdesk Support:Science Graduate/BCA or equivalent, Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology and Minimum 2 years of experience in Help Desk and NMS. Should have worked on Networking/Infra related projects, Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts, Good understanding of SWAN network & elements and understanding ownership & responsibilities of SI, department and customer in the context of the project, Flexible to work in 24x7 Roster, Must have ITIL V4 Certified.. The educational qualifications vary by post, For L-2 Network & Monitoring, a B.E/B-Tech/MCA or equivalent is required, For Helpdesk Support, a Science Graduate/BCA or equivalent is needed.. Streams: B.E, Graduate.
