Qualification: . Applicants must be citizens of India or subjects of Nepal, as per instructions issued by the Government of India from time to time.. Nepal subjects must hold a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India; an offer of appointment will be given only after this certificate is produced.. | Stage III – Main (Descriptive) Examination | 100 marks; 120 minutes; Essay (250 words, 40 marks), Letter Writing (15 marks), Grammar & Comprehension (25 marks), Translation Hindi-English & English-Hindi (10+10 marks); passing marks 50% for General, 45% for Reserved/PwBD categories |
