Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, MBA/HR or PGDM (HR) or Master's in HR Management, Bachelor's in Engineering with Environmental specialisation, Civil Construction:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from recognized University/Institute with relevant cumulative experience in power sector including planning, construction, erection and commissioning of large thermal power projects including Rail/Road infra.. Construction Engineering & Project:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from recognized university/institute with experience in engineering, project management, and execution of large thermal power projects including EPC contracts, design review, commissioning, and project monitoring of BTG/BoP/Rail packages.. Electrical Engineering & Commercial:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from recognized university/institute with substantial experience in Electrical & commercial functions relating to thermal power projects including PPAs, tariff negotiations, regulatory matters.. HR & Industrial Relations:Graduate with MBA/HR / PGDM (HR) / master's degree in HR Management, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from recognized University/Institute with at least 10 years experience in HR Management in thermal power plants, infrastructure, heavy engineering or process industry.. Environment Engineering & Management:Graduate in Engineering with specialisation in Environmental Engineering & Management with experience in Environmental Clearance / Forest Clearance activities / EMP, desirable experience in thermal power plants, infrastructure, heavy engineering or process industry.. The educational qualifications vary by post, including Bachelor's degrees in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or an MBA/PGDM (HR) or Master's in HR Management, or an Engineering degree with an Environmental specialization.. Streams: B.Tech, B.E, Graduate, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering.
