Application Process (Para 11)

Candidates must register and fill the application online at www.joinindiannavy.gov.in. It is advisable to complete the details and upload documents in advance.

Mandatory Document Requirements (Para 11.2):

Marks sheets up to 5th semester (for regular BE/B.Tech courses).
Marks sheets up to 7th semester (for integrated BE/B.Tech courses).
Marks sheets for all semesters (for other degree examinations).
Proof of Date of Birth (as per 10th & 12th certificate).
CGPA conversion formula for BE/B.Tech.
Merchant Navy certificate (if applicable).
NCC ‘C’ certificate (if applicable).
Recent passport size colour photograph (in original JPG/TIFF format).

Submission Guidelines:

The application is final; no amendments or changes will be entertained after submission.
Any document that is not legible or readable will result in rejection of the application.

Commission Tenure

Short Service Commission for 12 years, extendable by a maximum of 02 years.

Allowances On Completion

Pilot/NAOO allowance of Rs 31,250/-; Submarine allowance of Rs 31,250/- are admissible post successful training.

Mandatory submission of proof of qualifying degree with minimum 60% marks via email to officer@navy.gov.in.
