Qualification: Professor or Associate Professor as per UGC with IPR experience, IP attorney with 10 years practice, Retired IP Office official with PhD and 5 years at Level 12+. Professor or Associate Professor as per UGC with sufficient teaching & research experience in IPR OR IP attorney with minimum 10 years practice OR retired IP Office official with doctorate and minimum 5 years at Level 12 or above.. The qualification includes being a Professor or Associate Professor with IPR experience, an IP attorney with 10 years of practice, or a retired IP Office official with a PhD and 5 years at Level 12 or above.. Streams: Ph.D.
