Joint Advisor (Technical):Graduation in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute, Retired from Central/ State Government/ PSU/ Institute at the level equivalent to an Executive Engineer or above but below the level of a Chief Engineer with experience in research related to highway materials like Bitumen, Cement, Steel, New construction alternate materials and new technologies.. Assistant Advisor (Technical):Graduation in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute, Professional capable of working on AutoCAD/IT Systems, other new IT tools with appropriate matching qualifications, Should have 05 (five) years' experience in research related works of Highway projects.. Candidates need to have a Graduation in Civil Engineering, For Joint Advisor, postgraduate in specific fields and research experience is required, For Assistant Advisor, proficiency in AutoCAD/IT Systems and 5 years of research experience is necessary..
