Qualification: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, Project Assistant (Admin.):Bachelor's degree in Geography or related field with formal training in education (D.El, Ed or equivalent), with 2 years of experience and demonstrated experience in classroom teaching and indigenous language instruction (preferably Idu Mishmi). Proven work in creating digital or video-based educational content for language learning, along with active engagement with communities in Roing/Lower Dibang Valley, is essential.. Jr. Project Assistant (Admin.) (a):Master's degree in Tribal Studies or related discipline with 01 year working experience, with academic focus on Northeast Indian communities and cultures, Candidates based in Itanagar with familiarity with local institutions and demonstrated engagement in education, training, or community-based initiatives will be preferred; NET qualification or equivalent academic credential is desirable.. Jr. Project Assistant (Admin.) (b):Master's degree in Human Development or related field with 01 year working experience, with demonstrated academic and/or field engagement with indigenous communities, Prior participation in trainings, conferences, or initiatives related to language, ecology, or cultural documentation, along with familiarity with field conditions in Roing/Lohit region, is desirable..
