Qualification: For Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist and Stenographer Grade-III: +3 examination or equivalent, Diploma in Computer Application, For Salaried Amin: Matriculation or equivalent, Revenue Inspector Training.. Citizen of India. +3 examination or equivalent, Diploma in Computer Application, Able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. Standard, Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Shorthand and 40 words per minute in Typewriting through computer system for the post of Stenographer Grade-III. For the Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist post, candidates must have completed a +3 examination or equivalent, possess a Diploma in Computer Application, and be able to speak, read, and write Oriya..
