The applicant must be aregular employeeof Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW), including Dankuni Locomotive Works (DLW), HWII Stores Office, and Inspection Cells at Mumbai, Bengaluru, New Delhi, and any other unit under the administrative control of CLW.. The applicant must be workingsubstantively in a grade belowthe notified grade to which he/she wishes to apply, For JE (Works), staff must be working up to and including Pay Level-5. For JE (P-Way) - a safety post - staff working regularly up to and including Pay Level-6 are eligible (Ref. para 19 of Master Circular 69/2024).. RPF/RPSF staff areNOT eligibleto apply against GDCE vacancies..
