Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree with min 55% marks and relevant Diploma, Master's Degree or PG Diploma in Management/Retail with min 55% marks, Master's/PG Diploma in Design fields with min 55% marks, Junior Faculty - School of Footwear Design & Production (FDP):Bachelor's or Master's Degree with min 55% marks + Diploma in Footwear Manufacturing/Technology/Design & Production/Production/Accessories Design/Footwear Science & Engineering OR Bachelor's/Master's in relevant field with min 55% marks; 3 years academic/industry experience in footwear assembly (Components/Lasting/Finishing).. Junior Faculty - School of Retail & Fashion Merchandising (RFM):Master's Degree or PG Diploma (min 2 years) in Management/International Business/Marketing/Finance/Retail/Human Resource with min 55% marks; 3 years academic/industry experience in Management.. Junior Faculty - School of Leather Goods & Accessories Design:Master's Degree or PG Diploma in Leather Design/Accessories Design/Product Design/Industrial Design etc. with min 55% marks OR Master's/PG Diploma in any field + 4-year Bachelor's/Diploma in relevant design field with min 55% marks; 3 years academic/industry experience in Leather/Accessories/Product Design..
