Qualification: M.E/ M.Tech./ M.S, Ph.D.. Junior Research Fellow:M.E/ M.Tech./ M.S in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ RF & Microwave Engineering/ Digital Signal Processing/ Signal Processing or allied areas with a minimum of 1st class in B.E/ B.Tech & M.E/ M.Tech, GATE/ NET qualification is mandatory.. Research Associate I:Ph.D in RF and Microwave/ signal processing/ allied relevant field.. Research Associate II:M.E/ M.Tech having 3 years of research experience with at least one research paper in SCI/ SCIE Journal (with specialization of RF & Microwave Engineering or Signal Processing or communication systems or allied fields).. Research Associate III:Please refer to the official notification for eligibility details.. For the Junior Research Fellow post, candidates need to have an M.E/M.Tech./M.S in Electronics and Communication Engineering or allied fields, with a minimum of 1st class in B.E/B.Tech & M.E/M.Tech, and a mandatory GATE/NET qualification.. Streams: Ph.D, M.Tech, B.Tech, B.E, Electronics Engineering.
