Qualification: Masters Degree in Plant Breeding/Genetics and Plant Breeding/Genetic Resources/Genetics/Plant Biotechnology, UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification or national level examination for Master Degree, Masters Degree in Plant Breeding/Genetics and Plant Breeding/Genetic Resources/Genetics/Plant Biotechnology and 2 years experience on research project post qualification.. Must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification or the selection process for the Master Degree through a national level examination conducted by Central Govt. Department and their agency and institution.. Desirable qualification: 1-2 years research experience of conducting field trials, data collection and analysis, basic molecular plant biotechnology techniques/writing skills/crossing and evaluation of genotypes along with computer knowledge which is must.. Candidates must hold a Masters Degree in Plant Breeding/Genetics and Plant Breeding/Genetic Resources/Genetics/Plant Biotechnology, along with UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification or equivalent.. Streams: Post Graduate, Graduate.
