Qualification: M.Tech/M.E./M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control, Medical and Biomedical or relevant branches (CPI 6.5/60%, GATE/NET not older than 5 years), B.Tech/B.E./B.S. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical or relevant branches (CPI 6.5/60%, valid GATE/NET), M.Sc. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical or relevant branches (CPI 6.5/60%, GATE/NET not older than 5 years), GATE/NET waiver for CFTI B.Tech/B.E./B.S. with CGPA 8.0 or higher, M.Tech/M.E./M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control, Medical and Biomedical or relevant branches with CPI 6.5/60% and GATE/NET; or, B.Tech/B.E./B.S. with CPI 6.5/60% and valid GATE/NET; or, M.Sc. with CPI 6.5/60% and GATE/NET (relaxations apply);. GATE/NET waiver for CFTI B.Tech with CGPA 8.0+. Candidates need to have M.Tech/M.E./M.S., B.Tech/B.E./B.S., or M.Sc. in relevant engineering or science disciplines with a specified CPI and valid GATE/NET score..
