Qualification: M. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech. [R] / M.S. [R] / B. Tech / B.E. / M. Sc. / MCA in relevant discipline.. Junior Research Fellow: M. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech. [R] / M.S. [R] (after B. Tech / B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) / IT/Equivalent with GATE/NET Score/B.Tech (AI and ML) with 60% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA. B. Tech / B.E. in CSE/IT with GATE score in CS/IT/AI & DS and CGPA above 7.0 / 10 or marks above 65%. M. Sc. (with GATE/NET) or MCA (with GATE/NET) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Equivalent with CGPA 6.5/60%.. Candidates must possess M.Tech, M.E., M.Sc., MCA, or B.Tech/B.E. in relevant disciplines like Computer Science, IT, or equivalent with a valid GATE or NET score..
