Qualification: . B.E/B.Tech (First Class) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Preference for M.E/M.Tech in Power Systems with GATE score.. Criteria: Details, Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (First Class) in EE/EEE/ECE/EIE Preference: M.E/M.Tech in Power Systems (First Class) with GATE score for JRF. Age Limit: 32 years (relaxation as per GOI norms for SC/ST/OBC). Emoluments (GATE Qualified JRF): ₹37,000/- + HRA (1st & 2nd year) ₹42,000/- + HRA (3rd year). Emoluments (Non-GATE): ₹30,000/- + HRA (1st & 2nd year) ₹33,000/- + HRA (3rd year). Streams: M.Tech, B.Tech, B.E, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering.
