Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E./ MSc or M.Tech./ M.E./ M.S. in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering, PhD.. JRF / Project Associate I:B.Tech/ B.E./ MSc or M.Tech./ M.E./ M.S. in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Computer science/ or similar field or equivalent qualification with 60% marks (or 6 grade points out of 10). Applicants should have a valid GATE score or pass other National Eligibility Tests or National Level examinations conducted by Central Government Institutions, Applicants without GATE may be considered with lower Emoluments as per the Institute rules.. Research Associate III:PhD with at least one research paper in Science Citation indexed (SCI) Journal, Note: PhD thesis submitted candidates can also apply.. Streams: Ph.D, M.Tech, M.Sc, B.Tech, B.E, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science.
