Minimum Qualification: Minimum Relevant Experience, Full Time Engineering Graduate, or 2 years' MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Management, or Full Time Graduate (any discipline): 6 years (Engg./MBA route) or 9 years (Graduate route) post-qualification experience in Warehouse Operations/Logistics, Full Time Engineering Graduate (Leather Technology): 4 years post-qualification experience in Leather Chemical Industry, Full Time Engineering Graduate, or 2 years' MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Management: 2 years experience in freight forwarding & logistics function, Full Time Engineering Graduate (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Environmental Engineering): 2 years post-qualification experience in factory/HSE/Production/Maintenance, preferably 1 year in industrial safety, Full Time Engineering Graduate (IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication): 2 years, Full Time Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Fire & Safety) with Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by Central/State Government (per UGC guidelines): 2 years post-qualification experience in factory/maintenance and industrial safety, Full Time Graduate (Commerce): Freshers may apply, Full Time Graduate (any discipline): Freshers may apply, Company Secretary: FTO-1: Freshers may apply; FTO-2: 2 years post-qualification experience, Full Time Graduate (any discipline), or 2 years' MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Management (Logistics): Freshers may apply, B.Com. or equivalent degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance/Banking/Economics/Business Administration: Freshers may apply.
