Qualification: Masters in Law from Recognised University/College, Registered Advocate in Bar Council of India or State Bar Council, Minimum 5 years experience in Legal matters related to PCA Act, 1960, Work experience in Govt. Offices/Autonomous Bodies as Legal Advisor/Consultant related to Animal Welfare Laws, Experience in appearing before District Courts, High Courts and Supreme Courts, Masters in Law from a Recognised University/College.. Registered as an Advocate in the Bar Council of India or State Bar Council.. Minimum 5 years of experience in Legal matters related to PCA Act, 1960 & allied legal procedure.. Work experience in Govt. Offices/Autonomous Bodies as Legal Advisors/Consultants related to Animal Welfare Laws.. Experience in appearing before District Courts, High Courts, and Supreme Courts in Government Matters.. Good knowledge of English, drafting, computer applications, and LIMBS portal.. Candidates must possess a Masters in Law from a recognized university and be registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or a State Bar Council, Experience in animal welfare laws and court appearances is also necessary..
