Qualification: MBA in General Management for Manager (Coordination); CA/ICMA Inter or M.Com for Accounts Officer.. Manager (Coordination):MBA from a reputed and recognized Institute/ University with specialization in General Management, Minimum 3 years' Post-qualification experience in a reputed company, preferably PSUs, Preference will be given to those with experience in Coordination with Govt. agencies, E-Office/E-file systems, attending to LA questions, etc., with strong interpersonal and communication skills in Malayalam and English.. Accounts Officer:CA/ICMA Inter passed with completion of Articleship as per the mandatory requirements of the respective Institutes OR M.Com, Minimum 2 years Post-Articleship experience in a reputed company, preferably PSUs, OR Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in the field of accounting and finance functions such as GST filing, IT filing, day-to-day accounts operations using advanced Tally or equivalent software up to the level of finalization of accounts, attending to internal/statutory audit, coordination with banks/FIs, clients, etc, The candidate should possess thorough knowledge of working in a computerised environment with proficiency in MS Office, social media management & AI tools, market research/intelligence and field study.. For the Manager (Coordination) post, candidates must possess an MBA in General Management from a recognized institute or university.. Streams: M.Com, B.E.
