Qualification: graduation/equivalent examination in any discipline.. Sangha Coordinator:Must be a woman and an SHG member residing in the same block, Must not be from the family/nearby relatives of BOD or staff/cadres of the Sangha Cooperative, Minimum age - At least 21 years and a maximum of 40 years as on 01/01/2026. Minimum qualification – Must have completed graduation/equivalent examination in any discipline, Must complete 6-month certificate course on computer (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Must have at least 2 years of experience in managing the books of SHG and its federations, Must have been a member of an active SHG for the last 3 years, have taken credit at 2 times, and not be a defaulter, Proficient in the local language and able to read and write English, Should be willing to travel outside Block/District/State, whenever required, Must not act as a DLT/BLT or as any other cadre, Must not be a PRI member/office bearer, Must not continue to act as an office bearer of any Upa Sangha/ Sangha Cooperative/Maha-Sangha or any other kind of staff/cadres/trainers of Sangha Cooperative, Must not continue to render services as an ICDS/ASHA/VRP worker or as a part-time/full-time worker of any government organization/NGO.. Accountant & MIS:Must be a woman and an SHG member from the respective block, other than the GP of her residence, Must not be from the family/nearby relatives of BOD or staff/cadres of the Sangha Cooperative, Minimum age - At least 21 years and a maximum of 40 years as on 01/01/2026. Minimum qualification Must have passed Higher Secondary/equivalent with commerce, Graduate/equivalent in any stream is preferred, Must complete 6-month certificate course on computer (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Minimum 1 year of experience in handling the books of accounts of SHG and its federations, Must be a member of an active SHG for the last 2 years, have taken credit at least 1 time, and not be a defaulter, Proficient in the local language and able to read and write English, Should be willing to travel outside Block/District/State, whenever required, Must not act as a DLT/BLT or as any other cadre, Must not be a PRI member/office bearer, Must not continue to act as an office bearer of any Upa Sangha/Sangha Cooperative/Maha-Sangha or any other kind of staff/cadres/trainers of Sangha Cooperative, Must not continue to render services as an ICDS/ASHA/VRP worker or as a part-time/full-time worker of any government organization/NGO.. CSP-Bank Linkage:Must be a woman and an SHG member from the same Gram Panchayat, Minimum age - At least 21 years and a maximum of 40 years as on 01/01/2026. Minimum qualification - Must have passed higher secondary/equivalent examination, Graduates from any stream are preferred, Must be a member of an active SHG for the last 2 years, have taken credit at least 1 time, and not be a defaulter, Proficient in the local language, and able to read and write Bengali/Nepali/Hindi, Must be conversant with Android mobiles, Must not be from the family/nearby relatives of BOD or staff/cadres of the CLF. Must not be a PRI member/office bearer, Must not continue to act as an office bearer of any Upa-Sangha/Sangha Cooperative/Maha-Sangha or any other kind of staff/cadres/trainers of Sangha Cooperative, Must not continue to render services as an ICDS/ASHA/VRP worker or as a part-time/full-time worker of any government organization/NGO. Desirable: Own two-wheeler, Own Android mobile, Specific eligibility criteria: Must have good communication skills, Must not be a defaulter loanee of the SHG and Bank, Must be able to attend the bank branch a minimum of two days a week.. CSP-Livelihood:Must be a woman and an SHG member from the same Gram Panchayat, Minimum age - At least 21 years and a maximum of 40 years as on 01/01/2026. Minimum qualification Must have passed higher secondary/equivalent examination, Graduates from any stream are preferred, Must be a member of an active SHG for the last 2 years, have taken credit at least 1 time, and not be a defaulter, Proficient in the local language, and able to read and write Bengali/Nepali/Hindi, Must be conversant with Android mobiles, Must not be from the family/nearby relatives of BOD or staff/cadres of the CLF. Must not be a PRI member/office bearer, Must not continue to act as an office bearer of any Upa-Sangha/Sangha Cooperative/Maha-Sangha or any other kind of staff/cadres/trainers of Sangha Cooperative, Must not continue to render services as an ICDS/ASHA/VRP worker or as a part-time/full-time worker of any government organization/NGO. Desirable: Own two-wheeler, Own Android mobile, Specific Eligibility criteria: Should have a working knowledge/aptitude for maths and business understanding, Prior experience in entrepreneurship will be given preference, Candidates with basic computer operation skills should be prioritized.. For the Sangha Coordinator post, candidates must be women, SHG members residing in the same block, possess a graduation degree, have 2 years of experience, and meet specific age and other criteria as detailed in the notification..
