Agreement to refrain from using, buying, or selling drugs.. Readiness to work for the prevention of harmful drug use and replacement.. Requirement of:Consent obtained from any Government hospital, Treating doctor's opinion, Patient's OP/IP along with investigations, Communication skills to interact with alcohol patients, Proof of having received medical treatment..
