Qualification: Ph.D. (degree awarded/ thesis submitted) in Materials Engineering / Physics / Chemistry or related discipline, Ph.D. (degree awarded/ thesis submitted) in Materials Engineering / Physics / Chemistry or related discipline.. The candidate should have a good academic record throughout and the percentage / grade points with respect to the academic qualifications will be a minimum of 60% or equivalent in Graduation and above, and 55% or equivalent grade in 10th and 12th standard.. Candidates must possess a Ph.D. (degree awarded or thesis submitted) in Materials Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline, A strong academic record is also essential.. Streams: Ph.D, B.E, Graduate, 12th, 10th.
