Hpsc Asst Prof Commerce 2024 Answer Key

Haryana Public Service Commission has released the standard answer key for the Screening Test for Assistant Professor (College Cadre) in Commerce (Advt. No. 44/2024) held on 09.11.2025. Candidates can raise objections from 11.11.2025 to 13.11.2025 (5:00 PM) with a fee of ₹250 per objection via the official portal.

How to Apply

Candidates have to compulsorily register online by visiting regn.hpsc.gov.in directly OR through the HPSC portal for submitting their online application form.
After registration, a login ID would be created, and candidates must complete the registration process using that login.
After registration, candidates can apply against the respective advertisement as per their qualifications.
Duly filled application form can be submitted only after payment of the requisite fee.
After payment, candidates must take a printout of their application form, check and sign it, then upload the signed copy.
The application process is completed only after submission of the duly signed application form.

Reservation Rules

Horizontal reservation (33% for women) and vertical reservation for SC, BC-A, BC-B, EWS, ESM, PwBD. Domicile of Haryana mandatory for reservation benefits. ESM candidates must have valid certificate from Zila Sainik Board. PwBD candidates eligible for scribe and compensatory time.

Selection Procedure

Screening Test (100 MCQs, 2 hours, 25% cut-off), Subject Knowledge Test (150 marks, 3 hours, 35% cut-off, 87.5% weightage), Interview (12.5% weightage). Final merit based on SKT + Interview.

Educational Rules

Consistent good academic record means 50% average across any three exams (10th/12th/Grad/PG) with minimum 50% in PG (except PGT Computer Science which requires 55%).
